Floor trusses provide stronger, more stable floors with less deflection than conventional lumber or engineered I-joists—eliminating the “bouncy floor” feel. They also allow for longer clear spans with fewer bearing walls while creating open spaces to easily accommodate plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Each floor truss package is custom engineered to meet your project’s exact specifications and can be manufactured from your building plans or customer-provided layouts.

Our laminated columns are designed to be stronger, straighter, and more reliable than solid posts. Built from #1 Southern Pine and precision manufactured, they resist warping, twisting, and splitting—reducing labor and eliminating costly callbacks.

Available in 3-ply, 4-ply, and 5-ply configurations, these columns can be produced in a range of sizes and lengths to fit your project. The treated base protects against rot, decay, and insect damage, while the upper portion allows for easy notching and secure truss connections.
